Overview
At San Siro Hippodrome, we brought two events to life, overseeing every stage of the process from the initial creative concept to on-site execution. Our work covered the development of the event identity, production planning, audio and lighting systems, stage design, and special guest coordination, transforming each concept into a fully realised live experience.

The Challenge
Producing events at a large-scale venue requires a clear creative direction and seamless coordination across multiple elements. The challenge was to translate the initial vision into an immersive experience, balancing artistic identity, technical precision, and audience engagement within the unique setting of the hippodrome.

We managed the production process from start to finish, combining creative direction with technical execution. From concept development and stage setup to professional sound and lighting systems, special guests, and on-site coordination, every element was designed to work as part of a unified experience.
